Eminess Chartersegling has great experience of team building and conferences at sea
Eminess Chartersegling started its business in 2011 and has ever since helped companies to combined sailing with corporate events. Initiator Thomas Malmkvist has sailed all his life and has a long experience of both boat racing as well as instructing beginners on board.
We have a wide selection of different solutions for private parties and companies who are looking to strengthen the group dynamics or have an awesome kick-off. We can teach you to navigate, sail and discover the Stockholm archipelago if you so wish.
Our boats
We sail spacious, modern and easy to navigate 45-50 feet sailboats.
For one day sails we can accommodate 10–12 guests on board our boats and for overnight sails 6–8 guests.
The comfort aboard is of the highest standard and the conveniences comprise of:
- Twin lavatories
- Spacious twin cabins
- Lounge
- Large pantry with fridge
- CD-player, radio, TV, DVD-player and wall socket
- Twin lavatories with shower
- Central heating
Booking information:
Prices include:
- Rent of a modern, fully equipped 45–50 feet yacht incl. trained skipper/instructor (ship’s officer VIII class)
- Life jackets and personal safety equipment
- Sea gear
- Morning and afternoon fika plus beverages
- Bed linen and towels (for overnight sails)
- Mooring fees, fuel and cleaning
- Insurance for everyone on board
Invoicing/Payment
The invoicing for boat and skipper will be made at the time of booking. For sailing booked within less than 10 days before the sailing day in question the full payment should be Eminess Chartersegling at hand within 3 days.

...more than 30 days before sail date 30 % of the price will be charged.
... within 30 to 10 days before the sail date 50 % of the price will be charged.
... less than 10 days before sail date 100 % of the price will be charged.
